Important note is that those licenses are not valid for new devices obtained after GGWA licenses were acquired - it intended as a one-time offer to correct this situation were customer did not acquire correct licenses, for future hardware orders it shoudl be ensure that devices come wth the respective (OEM) license
There is a Windows Home Academic GGWA and a Windows Pro GGWA offer available in MCA, see here for more details on the specific terms: Microsoft Product Terms In CSP there is the GGWA - Get Genuine legalization offer - this is intended for customer that already obtained PCs, but without (valid/eligible) qualifying OS. If PCs were obtained without a license, you can contact a Distributor to ask about Windows retail license packages, in some countries it might be allowed to resell System Builder licenses also without a new PC. Best option of course would be that customer obtains PCs with a Windows OEM licenses - in case of academic customer "Windows Pro for Education" would be the best choice, only available by certain OEMs though.
